How to Donate

The Foundation has been established in India and the Board of Trustees are available in all the states of South India. abhaya has started its activities in various fields of H.E.A.R.T. (Healthcare, Educare, Awareness, Rural Development & Transformation). Also work on various relief and rehabilitation activities across the Country. All these activities are carried out with public donations and also with the support of CSR funds granted by Indian Corporate Houses under S.135 of the Companies Act 2013. abhaya FOUNDATION is registered under 12A & 80G of Indian Income Tax Act and it can also receive Foreign Currency Contributions. Initially the Founder, CS Balachandra Sunku pooled an amount of Rs.1, 00, 000/- towards the corpus fund and later all the donations received from Trustees being added to the corpus. The interest on which would be made use for regular service projects. abhaya Foundation can accept online donations with Pay U Money as its payment gateway.
