Balachandra a selfless social worker... a great orator and motivator.

He is into social service from a very young age, he is nurtured by Bhagawan Sri Satya Sai Baba with his teachings for 3 decades and he is inspired from great personalities like Swami Vivekananda, Alluri Sitarama Raju, Bhagath Singh, Mahatma Gandhi, and Mother Teresa and chose to serve the nation as his lifetime mission.

He is from a middle-class family and got support from so many noble people in his childhood, that moulded his young brain to incline towards service. His teachers and mentors inculcated good thoughts and made the service seeds to nourish further.

His Qualifications: B.Sc, LL.B., and became Fellow member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India, New Delhi and he  Served many reputed corporates in South India.

He decided to remain Single and founded abhaya foundation in 2006 with his salary savings. He was instrumental in motivating thousands of people to come together to serve nation with abhaya Foundation.

For the past 15 years, under his leadership, remarkable works happened in the fields of Healthcare, Education, Awareness, Rural Leadership, Women Empowerment, Youth Empowerment, Destitute care, and Calamity Relief activities. All these activities have impacted, improved lakhs of lives directly and indirectly.

Eventually, he left his full-time job in 2013 and turned into full time service and became first servant of abhaya Foundation. He initiated various service activities across globe, travelled lakhs of kilometres to motivate people. He never took any fee but travelled all the places with his own expenses. Lakhs are students, teachers were inspired to do their best and lead an ideal life. It is not an exaggeration to say that he travelled length and breadth of all the Southern States of India.

Recently, he even left comforts of his own house and moved to abhaya Home of Happiness, where 30+ destitute are cared by abhaya Foundation. He got a divine intuition to do Bharath Darshan and completed visiting all famous places of India. He authored several books to motivate youth of this country and guide students to excel in their studies.

In last two years, he and all the inmates are immersed in the activities of Corona Relief activities in Hyderabad and other south Indian states. Many corporate houses and like-minded NGOs too joined the activities, and he could lead entire activity. For past 15 years, he could connect various people and corporates to pool more than 25 crore rupees in cash and kind benefiting more than 5 lakh families.

With activities spread across 15 states of India, Lakhs of people benefitted by initiatives taken up by Balachandra. Under his leadership, 800 patients with Health issues were supported, more than 900 meritorious and poor students could continue their studies and many of them settled in life.

Lakhs of people are motivated by his speeches about personality development. He shared stage with many eminent personalities on different occasions. Major print and electronic media covered his story and published in their channels.

40 government schools got support for infrastructure gap like toilets, RO Water Plant, Computer Lab, Digital Classroom benefitting 10000 students and teachers. More than 100 destitute are taken care of at abhaya Home of Happiness at Ibrahimpatnam.

Empowered more than 10,000 rural youth with free livelihood skills like Tailoring, Fashion Designing, Maggam, Driving, Computers, Electrical House Wiring and Beautician. More than 8000 women were trained on these programs and could start their livelihood.

He is a career guide and good orator, interacted with lakhs of people across the country on how to be a complete personality.
